What shade of green is Nori?

I want to either knit or crochet a toilet paper roll cover that looks like sushi. I was inspired by this design, but of course, mine will be a California roll since I'm vegan. I've seen knit and crocheted versions and I'm still on the fence about which one I'll attempt.
I've got the colors and yarns picked out for the wasabi, avocado, pickled ginger, and rice, but I can't decide what color the nori should be.
